My final feedback to @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp: Either your terms are purposefully vague, your staff is incompetent or poorly trained, or your management is unethical -- or all of the above.

@AirbnbHelp Although I have several messages from @AirbnbHelp that say "no matter the date," it's looking that the date actually does matter. After wasting the whole day on this yesterday, still no straight answers.

How would you interpret this customer service message from @AirbnbHelp ? "We suggest booking a reservation using your travel credit before it expires no matter the date is either next year or this year"

Seven hours ago, I sent the first of several messages to the Help Center on @AirbnbHelp . It's gone from "I can assure you" (that you can) to "upon review," (you cannot). Still no resolution. Still no reservation.

I think I may have broken the bot. No response from @AirbnbHelp in almost 3 hours -- via messaging here or in the Help Center on its website.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp Latest exchange with @Airbnb : Yes, you can do that. I reply "Please confirm that I can _____________." Almost 90 minutes later, and crickets.

@KylePlaysDrums I watched it last night and I'm still haunted. Very Ripley-ish.

@alexandrerizos I connected a creator to a magazine editor and she wrote a 5-page story filled with her photos, incl the cover. It began with a PR pitch for a story about her, and ended up much bigger. I consider it a win-win-win!
