Just because the content isn't 100% travel focused don't mean it can't benefit a city and it's economy. #tourismchat

@tourismchat#tourismchat A3 (part 1): I manage influencer programs for products, so we give them a unique URL and track orders. Easy to figure out monetization and ROI. Grin’s software will give you engagement rates and other metrics, but it’s more than $600/mo.

A2: Most definitely! No matter what, they are advocates once they leave. And while we may not see the ROI immediately, it’s still awareness of our city and that’s a huge win from a PR standpoint. #tourismchat

A1: I've met most of the influencers I've hired on behalf of clients at conferences; some have been from group trips but I don't do those as much. Facebook groups are great for lurking and checking potential partners out on the sly! #TourismChat
