@FedEx Hi, packages for college were due between 10am-2pm. It’s now 11pm and no packages. And we paid a LOT to ship these two boxes. We chose FedEX for shipping across the country to college because it was reliable. Turns out it’s not and we wasted money to ship versus check more bags.

@AmericanAir on 7/29, flight 433, SAN-PHL an unaccompanied minor/toddler was seated next to my teenage son. The child was partially verbal, had little interaction with staff. My son was forced to babysit, clean up after him, etc. We were shocked this child was left to fly alone.
