@Toyota not only were you NOT helpful, it took 20 hours and 9 phone calls to get a representative to ping the car and send the information to the police...$4K of damages later and we are out $1,500 worth of items in the car because you REFUSED to assist your cusomer & the POLICE

@Toyota my boyfriend and I were in Philadelphia Monday night and his car was stolen, a 2018 Camry...your "connect team" was less than useless, in fact is seemed like they were actively working AGAINST us instead of helping your customers and victims of a crime.
