He had every legal right to yank his jailhouse lawyer self out of that car and place him into custody for refusing a lawful order.

On April 12, an officer observed a camo-wrapped Tesla Cybertruck speeding in the area of Holcomb Bridge Road and Peachtree Corners Circle. The officer accelerated to approximately 80 mph in order to catch up to the vehicle. After closing the distance, the driver was still traveling at approximately 60 mph in a 45 mph zone, drifting within and outside of his lane and failing to use turn signals. The driver, identified as King Harris, stated he did not realize how fast he was going and said he was on his way to pick up food. During the stop, a handgun was observed in plain view on the dashboard. Due to the firearm being within the driver’s immediate reach, Harris was asked to step out of the vehicle so the officer could safely complete the traffic stop and address the observed traffic violations. He refused multiple times and was advised he was under arrest for obstruction. Harris continued to refuse but eventually complied after speaking with his attorney. He was taken into custody without further incident. While at the jail, a pill identified as oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance, was found on his person, leading to additional charges. Harris was charged with obstruction, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, speeding, and a seatbelt violation.

Indisputable facts: USA became a country in 1776. Slavery was abolished in 1865. That's 89 years of Slavery in the USA. At the peak of Slavery in 1860 there were 31,443,321 people in the entire USA which includes all the free states and the 15 slave states. There were 393,975 slave holders concentrated in the 15 slave states. 31,443,221 divided by 393,975 is ONLY 1.25% of the ENTIRE US population. 89 years with ONLY 1.25% of the ENTIRE US population owning a slave, 160 years since 1865 without. Time to stop making slavery a crutch.

On September 3, 2025, officers were dispatched to a motel after receiving a report of a male walking around the parking lot waving a gun. Officers were provided with a description of the suspect and the vehicle he was sitting in. Officer L. Shorr #2655 was the first to arrive on scene. The male, later identified as Martez Smith, was asleep inside his vehicle but woke up before additional officers arrived. Due to the nature of the call, Ofc. Shorr gave Smith verbal commands and attempted to place him in a prone position for officer safety while waiting for backup. Smith refused multiple commands and attempted to walk back toward his vehicle. He eventually complied as other officers arrived and was placed into handcuffs. After he was in custody, a firearm was located inside Smith’s vehicle. Security footage from the motel was reviewed and showed Smith hitting, dragging, and pointing a firearm at a female. Smith was also visibly intoxicated. The footage further showed him driving into the motel parking lot and driving around the lot while under the influence. Smith was charged with false imprisonment, DUI less safe (alcohol), disorderly conduct, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission or attempt to commit certain felonies, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers (misdemeanor), pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another, kidnapping, and simple battery (family violence).

@jameszimmermann I actually deleted and blocked my neighbor because of what she was posting and calling for because of a very close family member who is in law enforcement. I didn't tell her but she'll know. How silly for that guy. LOL
