Eleven years of silence, eleven years of pain. The enforced disappearance of Naseebullah Badini on November 25, 2014, is a profound and enduring injustice that has left a family shattered and a community in mourning. His case is a stark reminder of the ongoing crisis of missing persons, where individuals are taken from their loved ones without a trace, leaving behind a void filled with questions and grief. The systematic nature of these acts represents a severe violation of fundamental human rights and the rule of law.
We urge international human rights organizations to take notice of NASEEBULLAH’S CASE and the plight of his family. In the face of this unimaginable suffering, his sister Mahpara has shown incredible strength. Mahpara’s resilience in the face of such suffering deserves global solidarity. Her unwavering fight is not just for her brother, but for every family living in the shadow of this cruel practice.
It is long past time for accountability and truth. ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES must end, and justice must prevail. The international community must amplify these voices and pressure the relevant authorities to provide answers. We stand with Mahpara and all families of the disappeared in their demand for truth, justice, and the safe return of their loved ones.

Day 10 (21st November 2025) and still no news of the whereabouts of 7 members of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM).
The men were taken following the 12th November 2025 peace jirga at the Pakhtunkhwa Assembly.
It would be quite extraordinary if the authorities including Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) did NOT know the men’s whereabouts.
As a beneficiary of the EU GSP+ trade scheme, Pakistan is obligated to uphold core international human rights conventions including protections against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearances.

With alarming reports of several civilian casualties amid escalating armed engagement between Pakistani security forces and Afghanistan’s Taliban de facto authorities, Amnesty International urges both the parties engaged in the hostilities to abide by their obligations under international humanitarian law and take all necessary measures to protect civilians and minimize any suffering and casualties in both countries.
Safety of civilians must be prioritized!

The people of Sudan feel forgotten amidst the spiraling violence across the country, where parties to the conflict are causing untold death and destruction.
Nowhere is safe. With every minute that passes countless lives are ruined.
People are being killed inside their homes, or while desperately searching for food, water, and medicine. They are caught in crossfire while fleeing and shot deliberately in targeted attacks. Women and girls, some as young as 12, have been raped and subjected to other forms of sexual violence by members of the warring sides.
With every minute that passes countless lives are ruined. We need to act now and demand the United Nations Security Council to extend the existing arms embargo to the whole country and not only to Darfur region and ensure it is fully implemented. This will disrupt the flow of weapons and contribute to reduce civilian suffering.

Pakistan’s deep-state turned Pashtun lands into a permanent battlefield nurturing militants, bombing civilians, and jailing peace activists like PTM members. The Pashtun nation rejects endless militarization. We demand peace, dignity, and freedom from state-engineered violence.

BANGLADESH: "It's like paying to breathe. Water has become a luxury in my life"
This is the story of the fight for water and dignity of many Dalit women sanitation workers who are marginalized by caste, gender, and occupation. Every day, they are forced to walk and queue for hours to simply access clean drinking water.
They clean the streets, help maintain public health and sanitation infrastructure, and restore communities after disasters. Yet, they remain invisible and excluded in relief and sanitation policies.
@amnesty calls on Bangladeshi authorities to end caste-based discrimination and take urgent measures to uphold the rights of Dalit sanitation workers.

In my meeting with Senator Marco Scurria, Vice President of Brothers of #Italy in the Senate, we discussed the situation in #Iran and the region—the explosive state of society, the spread of protests, and the sharp rise in executions. He said: “Your struggle does not belong only to the people of Iran—it is a battle against a regime that has plunged the entire Middle East into turmoil.”

Dr. Mahrang Baloch has become the face of resistance against enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings in Balochistan. Despite threats, intimidation, and state violence, she continues to lead a peaceful democratic struggle for justice. Her courage represents thousands of Baloch women and families whose loved ones have been forcibly disappeared. She embodies the spirit of nonviolent resistance, standing unarmed against one of the most brutal military powers.
The world must recognize her as a symbol of truth and justice. She deserves the highest global acknowledgment.

We stand in unwavering solidarity with @ImaanZHazir & @AdvHadiali , who have become the voice of the voiceless by defending media freedom and the families of the forcibly disappeared. Their resilience against intimidation is a reminder that truth cannot be silenced.
Tomorrow, Friday at 8 AM, their bail application in a controversial FIR under the PECA law will be heard at Islamabad Kacheri G-11 before Judge Afzal Majoka. This politically motivated case is an attack on human rights advocacy itself.

PAKISTAN: Ali Wazir has been unjustly detained for a year now, since August 2024, without a fair trial and subjected to multiple frivolous cases just to prolong his detention.
