Let's dive into JobStash.xyz and what and why we've been building it. Why we exist: Jobsites are value extractive in nature, and classic jobsites and talent sourcers have misaligned incentives which don't service the ecosystem well. We fix this by being a public good which is unbiased, neutral, and whose purpose is to curate a comprehensive, safe and data complete dataset of the entire crypto ecosystem. We don't charge job posting fees, placement fees, interview fees, in fact we have no fees at all, and if one wants to gain extra visibility we allow orgs to feature their job posts but thats about it. What we are: JobStash.xyz is a crypto native jobsite provided as a public good which indexes data for 6500+ organizations and tracks about ±2500 live jobs across the ecosystem. Our goal is to have near-complete coverage of all of the crypto ecosystem. Our funding is nearly entirely originating from public good funding such as GitCoin and RetroPGF3. Our Impact: We send out 120 job applications per day, on average. That's clicks on the apply button on our website. Over the past year we've served >18k job applications, 28k job card expansions and 137k page views. We've grown to >6k subs on telegram, and have ±1k visitors per week on our website. What value we provide: Visibility: Most small protocols can't get visibility with or distribution to talent because they lack budgets, lack the HR know-how or are only talking to frens. We give everyone an equal platform with access to talent. Transparency: We also combat information asymmetry when it comes to job posts, where usually a recruiter will tell you "amazing exec role at a cool company", we prominently feature all the available information on that organization, including fundraising, financials, deployed protocols, hacks, audits, and more. Safety: We safeguard talent by not publishing anon jobsposts, and curate what goes in to our dataset. Our razor is pretty sharp and this has gatekept malicious actors so far. I'm a pretty well-connected crypto native and am an absolute stickler for reputation and legitimacy, with a low tolerance for spam. How we are different: -We PULL jobs from career sites on a regular basis, rather than requiring orgs to inform us about vacancies -We can import pretty much anything [bring your own ATS, template, notion, whatever], except wellfound, gdocs and linkedin -We import + list orgs and their jobs for free -We have open APIs and are composable by definition. -We distribute jobs to an audience of >6000 peeps here on telegram at @jobstash , also for free -We don't charge placement or referral fees -Most companies dont know we exist. We just index them, and send them candidates. No input needed, nor permission. This places us in the position of being a curator rather than a matchmaker, so our role is that of getting the data right, for everyone, equally, and we obsess about data correctness, accuracy and safety, rather than making a quick buck with a job placement. Due to this curation effort, we are able to build and deploy ecosystem/community curated lists, for example for hackathons [ethdam.jobstash.xyz] or for telegram communities [lobsterdao.jobstash.xyz] , and could do this for any arbitrary ecosystem (think L1s, L2s, L3s, SideChains, ParaChains, etc). Want one? Reach out! What else is cooking? We'll eventually spin off the organization/project curation side of things into a more dedicated website which focuses exclusively on that, without the career part. We have amassed great amounts of data about organizations, and are eager to make this more accessible for a wider public.

We are actively looking for endorsements at the moment. If you've benefitted from our work or know someone who did, please write a brief tweet about us and share the link. Thanks!
