@Ali3nAlias Did you watch the ep explaining the virus at all? Ryan's blood has the protein structure from homelander, who was injected with v2, via inheritance. You're only immune if you have v1 which lacks the protein structure needed to bond. Ryan is screwed over because of his birth now
