Po transakcji Vantage kontroluje już 8,7 tys. lokali i dąży do 10 tysięcy. Warszawa, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań - w każdym z tych miast niemieccy właściciele decydują kto, gdzie i za ile mieszka. Szerszy obraz jest jeszcze gorszy: 🔴 33 instytucjonalnych inwestorów kontroluje blisko 30 tys. mieszkań na wynajem w Polsce 🔴 Według analizy PwC do 2028 roku liczba ta wzrośnie czterokrotnie. 🔴 8 z 20 największych deweloperów jest pod kontrolą zagranicznego kapitału. 🔴 Na giełdzie udział obcych inwestorów wynosi już 54 procent. TAG Immobilen jest spółką ze skomplikowaną strukturą własnościową, ale wśród akcjonariuszy znajdziemy niemieckie fundusze emerytalne. Oznacza to, że młody Polak płacący czynsz niemieckiemu rentierowi dokłada się do emerytury dla Niemców. Kolonializm z w czystej postaci. Co robi rząd Tuska? Nic. Potrzebujemy prawnego zakazu pakietowego wykupu mieszkań przez zagraniczne fundusze. Mieszkania dla Polaków, nie dla zagranicznych inwestorów!⁩
