A tense moment here with Slotkin and a questioner in Ohio:

Two 2028 candidates lobbied against this DNC resolution condemning AIPAC. It failed. Anyone who wants to lead this party must condemn and reject AIPAC money. They should also pledge not to have a Super PAC in Democratic primaries. I take no PAC money and have no Super PAC. newrepublic.com/post/208890/dn…

WASHINGTON (AP) — Melania Trump delivers statement at White House denying ties to Jeffrey Epstein and knowledge of his crimes.

Lol he absolutely did not narrow his eyes! Olivia!!!!

Abdul El-Sayed, who is Muslim, walks a fine line on the Jewish state. On Tuesday night, he told the crowd—as he does often—that his problem is not with Jews. “All of us love and revere Jewish folk, our Jewish neighbors, the faith of Judaism,” he said, hands outstretched. Later that night, in a makeshift spin room assembled by the campaign, he rebuffed my question on whether he believes in Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state. “What do you mean by ‘Jewish state?’ ” he retorted, narrowing his eyes. “If you can’t answer that question, I’m not going to answer it.” For someone who often waves around his respect for Judaism, he seemed unaware of something elementary: Judaism is not only a religion, but a people with a long-standing connection to Israel that runs through its prayers, traditions, and history.

TIME: Schumer has "quietly signal[ed]" that he would be OK with state Sen. Mallory McMorrow in the U.S. Senate, over establishment favorite Haley Stevens. McMorrow is one of several Democrats running across the country who want new Senate Dem leadership. time.com/article/2026/0…

All-In's Calacanis: "Are you part of the Jewish-American diaspora that believes Israel has a right to defend itself, but maybe Gaza went too far?" Gov. Josh Shapiro: "I don't view this issue as a Jewish-American… I view this as an American… [Netanyahu] has fractured what used to be a non-partisan, or bipartisan American support for Israel, and I think he has put Israel in a very dangerous place." Mr. Governor, the average American doesn't give a damn about maintaining "bipartisan support" for Israel. In fact, the average American wants to end our "special relationship" for good.

AIPAC, in a stmt on the Iran ceasefire, praises “historic” U.S.-Israeli campaign and says any sanctions relief deal must: - End Iran’s nuclear program - “Address what remains” of Iran’s missile and drone programs - Cut off Iranian support for militias - Be voted on by Congress
