Companies are cutting costs by laying off people, but the work doesn’t vanish, it just shifts to the ones who stay. No new hiring, no hike, same pay, extra load. So basically doing 1.5-1.7 person's work for 1 person's salary. And still, deadlines don’t wait. What we should do🥲

@nv_legion02 EOD it is a failure from the management front, as long as you have enough proof it is not your problem

@nv_legion02 A similar thing is happening at my company and from what I have experienced a no goes a long way. Document everything that you do, stories you are working on and meetings that you are attending and when they ask you to make some bandwidth just show them your schedule
