Rail Madad at Pune Railway Station is absolutely useless. I was overcharged, and instead of helping, they blamed me for it. Even more absurd, they said I should’ve complained before the incident happened. IRCTC seriously needs to rethink operations there. @IRCTCofficial

If Rapido Bike service was harming people, citizens wouldn’t support it. Daily commuters in Jammu finally got affordable transport. Instead of banning such services, regulate them for public benefit. #BringRapidoToJammu

Well i am in receipt of Complaints regarding operation of RAPIDO in the UT. Let me clarify that this bike service does not have a license to operate in Jammu and Kashmir. Further any body participating in the service or using it is doing at his/ her own risk . I have given directions to my Officers to take action against this illegal service.

In such a situation, services like Rapido introduce healthy competition, better pricing, and convenience for the public. The opposition to these services appears less about public safety and more about protecting an unchecked monopoly that does not want alternatives to exist.

@vishesh_jk Rapido Bike is a necessity for Jammu, not a luxury. Unfair auto fares and lack of affordable transport hurt students and daily commuters every day. Jammu deserves fair pricing and better connectivity. #BringRapidoToJammu
