I ordered Mutton Fry from Hotel Thirthahalli, HSR Layout from Swiggy at around 10.30 PM and they served the food which was already stale. Whn i complain Swiggy they offrd 73/- as compensation when I was repeatedly saying it's not about money it's abt trust @Swiggy @SwiggyCares

@delhivery executive is not picking up my return item and is falsely updating the system at the end of the day, claiming the customer was not reachable. In reality, I called him this morning and waited at home for him. This has now happened twice, and it is extremely frustrating.
