@Kubojd Could it locate emiter coordinates or was it only an operator-missile interface for target selection ? If could locate emiters, do we know what kind of angular precision it had, or what was it's ranfe-finding capability, if any ?

@baybal2 really that's all that's needed to make a simple SACLOS system, much of the complexity is in the launcher/guidance system and not the missile itself, and much of the rest is done electromechanically (gyroscope and commutator)

@Kubojd Ah the classic gyro + commutator setup. Maintains a non-rotating reference frame just by rearranging the connection from the wires to the actuators.

@heatloss1986 Control surfaces are driven electromagnetically, with a separate electromagnet for each surface, impulse actuated and switching coils at about 10 Hz, using springs to return to neutral.
