During his Friday Sermon today, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Caliph and World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community said: "The conditions of war continue to gravely worsen. The United States and Israel are attempting to assert their dominance in the whole world, especially within the Muslim world. When the war in Palestine first started, the Israeli Prime Minister said that Israel 'will change the face of the entire region.' So, these efforts are now aimed at reshaping the map, and the Muslim world should recognise what their motives are and the critical need for unity amongst Muslims. It has been reported that Pakistan is attempting to mediate between Iran and the United States and the Arab states, as the Arab nations are suffering. Certain groups in Iran are suspicious about this, including some analysts, who are asserting that Pakistan is allying itself with American forces and assisting those who wage war against Iran. This is entirely incorrect, and Pakistan has denied these claims. The opponents of the Muslim world seek to exploit these circumstances to create unrest so that Muslim countries are unable to support one another. Therefore, there is a great need for prayers. May Allah grant us the ability to pray in this regard as well, and enable the Muslim world to be united.
