This service is absolutely terrible; to this day, I have not received any resolution from LG. Neither is the service satisfactory, nor is the compliance team helpful.

@LGUS very disappointed regarding service from LG electronics servicing team my AC developed a gas leakage issue just after one season of use. Earlier, I had already paid for servicing, but the technician neither identified nor informed me about the gas leakage problem.
