@Valkyrie_Fleur Hat, long sleeve shirt preferably turtle neck, pants tucked into socks, tick repellent. Basically don't leave skin exposed. They can jump down onto you too, not just crawl up.

What can I do to avoid ticks if I want to go for long walks outside? It's not like I'm trudging through the weeds, but what if I want to go off the beaten path? My dad's wife got alpha-gal syndrome from a tick recently. She can't eat red meat anymore.

@Antin_Illust I've noticed likes mean very little when it comes to weighting what you see. Saving pics seems to be a huge boost along with commenting or sharing.

Not again... Admittedly, There's a lot I don't understand about Twtr, but here's what I do know: Algo uses scoring system (like +0.5, rt +2, reply +13.5) to project post's "potential" and push it accordingly. To reiterate - 1 reply is like liking a post 27 times. In practice that means that if you were to see an art piece, like it, than see some vaguepost or AI slop and reply with a super negative comment, algo would see this as you "enjoying" the second post 27(!?) times as much and your TL would reflect that. Twtr doesn't care how horrible your user experience is, only that this experience is as drawn out as possible, so that you see the maximum amount of ads. My tl SUCKS because of this, and though the system is horrible, it's MY habits it's exploiting, so I'm gonna try to change them. Mute/Block any vague/rage/ai post that appears in the TL and engage with art and other content I love with the intensity of the dumbest possible ragebait, even if the most creative thing I can say is "nice". Naturally, I encourage all of you do the same. I'm tired of getting whiplash every time I click "home", I gotta try something.

@IllumiCyberwear How do you deal the uneven mating surfaces? I've had bad luck getting stuff to fit properly. Also do you use a larger support for the initial anchor point?

People ask me hopw my prints look so clean. My solution is small supports, but a SHITLOAD of them. Its a bit more wasteful on resin, but its less wasteful than a failed print, and the tiny pockmarks left behind sand out easy as pie
