The photo she released shows Robinson at a Dairy Queen a few minutes from campus, the evening of the shooting — wearing a white-logo Hurley hat. The same white-logo Hurley hat the shooter is seen wearing on campus. The same white-logo Hurley hat Agent Davis described in his testimony. Robinson has worn Hurley hats in photos since his teens. Usually the dark logo. But that day: white logo. On campus. At the Dairy Queen. And the following night, when he turned himself in to police. Ten months of devoting yourself to defending Charlie's accused killer — and the first real evidence you ever produced puts Tyler Robinson near the scene, hours after the murder, in the shooter's hat. No, none of Candace Owens' theories or accusations about Charlie Kirk's assassination have been proven true or backed by credible evidence in official investigations or court. Charlie Kirk was shot and killed on Sept 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University. Tyler Robinson was arrested, charged with aggravated murder, and a preliminary hearing is underway with prosecutors presenting surveillance video, timelines, forensics, and other evidence tying him to the shooting from ~142 yards away. Owens has questioned Robinson's role (calling him a possible patsy), suggested a rigged microphone, raised doubts about the widow Erika Kirk, security, and floated links to Israel/Zionists or others. These remain unproven speculation. Some claims have led to defamation lawsuits. Court proceedings rely on admissible evidence, not unverified online theories. So far, they appear useful mainly for discussion and engagement, not legal outcomes. The case against Robinson continues on the presented facts.

There are so many devastating points to the Tyler Robinson narrative but chief among them is Lance Twiggs testifying that Tyler wasn’t political, didn’t ever speak to him about LBGTQ issues OR gender identity issues— and also alluding to that fact that he is not trans. He goes by “Luna” but he says it is not a female identity. (Likely some gamer or anime stuff imo). For months, Satanists have been trying to convince you that Tyler was soooo motivated by politics and trans ideology, that he decided to murder Charlie Kirk for trans viewpoints that Tyler held so dearly, he never even expressed them his boyfriend. Until a stunning text message confession after the murder, shown to us via a picture on Lance’s phone which just happens to be smashed in the very corner that would allow us to verify what time these photos were taken. This is all very dangerous. The government is playing a very dangerous game here with this trial. The illusion of democracy and a social contract is being completely evaporated. We are not supposed to know that our government is capable of this level of violence and psychological delusion.
