@ItsFleeceKing @NianticHelp That is 100% not how it works here in the UK. You pay the actual price, the one they want or you don't buy it.

When I’ve gone to a store, taken an item I want to buy to the front counter and they tell me the price tag has been listed for the wrong price, they still sell it to me for that listed price, it’s an honorary system. In the same way, if your company has made a mistake, and that mistake happens to benefit some players, those players should still be able to keep their Black and White Kyurem. If it means banning them from PVP, completely understandable. But if someone was fortunate enough to get one, I don’t see why it’s fair to have that taken away.

Trainers, Black Kyurem and White Kyurem appeared as a GO Battle League encounter reward due to a misconfiguration and will be removed. We will be reaching out to the Trainers who were recently affected by this and provide in-game compensation as a token of our apology.

Rare candy XL should of been guaranteed from every Mega Garchomp raid done, remotely & in person. There should be certainty when you purchase something. Buying a ticket to then have a ‘chance’ at rare candy XL is just ridiculous. The drop rates for rare candy XL were way too low.
