It costs $7,200 a year just to easily and productively work from somewhere other than your apartment twice a week in NYC. This insane math of traditional coworking is exactly the problem we’re trying to solve. Most places charge $500 - $600 a month for unlimited access. But I, and a lot of others, don’t want unlimited access. We want Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. So why are we paying for 175 hours of workspace and using only 30? It’s like paying for an all-you-can-eat buffet and only grabbing a coffee and a muffin twice a week - then convincing yourself it’s worth it because you could’ve had more. The real problem, though, is that coworking spaces built their entire model around remote workers who want to replace their home office with another office. Most of us don’t. We want flexibility and options. We want to work from the rooftop when it’s beautiful outside, the quiet corner when we need to focus, and the social space when we want to meet people. We want to stop paying for things we don’t use while missing out on things we actually need. That’s the core idea behind Wayo. The future of work is on-your-command, not inflexible subscription-based. If you're building something, you don’t need a full-time office. You need the right space at the right time, with the right, curated people around. With @WayoWork, you can drop in twice a week and work alongside other founders, freelancers, and remote folks who actually get what you're doing. And it’s not just for startup people; whether you’re coding, designing, writing, or deep in spreadsheets, there’s a @WayoWork community for the way you work. Workspaces should adapt to your life, not the other way around.
