I started watching Detroit sports in 1978 when It was so bleak, then remember when Isiah, Yzerman, Morris, Tramm/Lou, Kirk etc were drafted and started their careers. Those teams didn’t take the next step until major trades for popular players were made for guys like Willie, Shannahan, Chet Lemon, Vernon, Hasek, Vinnie Johnson, Buddha or FA like Darrell Evans This is where sports in Detroit is now. Who makes the next first BIG trade

The Pistons should've traded for someone better than Huerter. It was so obvious at the time. They could have had Ayo Dosunmu! Detroit has all of their future 1sts. Didn't use one. No guarantee they'll ever be in a better position than this year to make a push for the Finals.
