@bigsnugga My dad coached D Line in SoCal for 30 years. Every time they played the city schools. The defensive game plan was to slant and stunt on every play. The O line couldn't keep up and would hold all game and their big plays were always called back.

Happy 75th Birthday, Kurt Russell Kurt and John Carpenter gave us three iconic characters: Snake Plissken, R.J. MacReady, and Jack Burton. Jack’s my favourite, blundering through Big Trouble in Little China with zero clue is pure genius. Just don’t question his reflexes.

Whenever the topic is something the media doesn’t like, journalists all become creative writing professors. The press has done everything possible to obfuscate the facts of this story—and it has done so deliberately.

🚨America Just Changed the Economics of War… With Light For years Iran built a strategy around one brutal equation. Launch thousands of cheap drones. Force the defender to burn through million-dollar interceptors. Bleed the defense dry. It was simple math. A Shahed drone costs roughly $30,000. Stopping it with traditional missile defenses can cost hundreds of thousands… sometimes over a million dollars per intercept. Repeat that attack a thousand times and suddenly the defender is spending billions just to stay alive. Iran understood this. They designed an entire doctrine around it. Flood the sky with cheap weapons. Overwhelm air defenses. Make defense more expensive than offense. But something just changed. The United States Navy has now deployed HELIOS, a directed-energy weapon mounted on an American destroyer operating near Iran. HELIOS is not a missile. It is a laser. And it runs on something every warship already produces… Electricity. No missile to reload. No magazine to empty. No resupply ship needed. As long as the ship’s generators are producing power, the weapon keeps firing. That means the cost of stopping a drone is no longer measured in missiles. It is measured in electricity. In practical terms… Destroying a $30,000 drone can now cost less than the power bill of a large apartment building. That single change breaks the entire economic foundation of drone saturation warfare. For years Iran invested in the strategy that made Shahed drones valuable. Cheap. Numerous. Disposable. But if directed-energy weapons like HELIOS can burn drones out of the sky at near-zero cost… The math flips. Suddenly the attacker is spending money… while the defender spends almost nothing. CENTCOM has already released footage showing HELIOS mounted on a U.S. Navy destroyer in waters near Iran. Earlier tests confirmed the system successfully destroyed multiple drones during live trials. Now the system is deployed where hundreds of Iranian drones and missiles have been passing through the same airspace. This is not a laboratory experiment anymore. This is a real battlefield. And the world is about to find out whether the future of missile defense is not another interceptor… But a beam of light. Because when America decides to change the physics of war… It usually succeeds. #SilentMajoritySpeaks #AStoneGroove

Did you know the average American is nearly 50 lbs overweight? Your spouse isn’t expecting you to be the most beautiful person in the world.
They’re expecting you to care enough to want to please them. A woman who’s fat is ashamed of her body, no matter what she says. And you can’t feel ashamed of your body and fully enjoy sex at the same time. Your spouse has the right to want to be attracted to the person they married.
And no, he’s not a chubby chaser He’s not going to be obsessed with your body “at any size.” Stop shaming men for wanting attraction, connection, and a wife who actually wants sex.

I don’t care fight me, all 12 seasons of the Big Bang Theory are hilariously great. With or without the laugh track and with or without girls this show is a certified banger. I said what I said 🍹

🚨🗣️❌ #TAKING ISSUE — LIV Golf’s Talor Gooch is NOT happy with the OWGR’s decision: “Yeah. I mean, obviously I don't think the right thing was done, which is not any different than what we've experienced here at LIV for the last four or five seasons now.” “Yeah, it'll be interesting to see how it plays out. But I think anybody who says that the right thing was done and the fair thing was done, I don't think they're in tune with the reality of things.” Agree or disagree with Gooch?

@everymovieplug SOLID! I was watching this movie awhile back and my wife was reading on the couch. At the beginning of the movie she said this movie is so dumb. By the end she had stopped reading and was cracking up.

@ZeekArkham @JLPtalk I believe Roland Fryer studied this and confirmed it's a real phenonmenon. And it's not that having the "black name" is problematic, but having parents who'd give you that name is.

@JLPtalk He’s not wrong. It’s not so much the “black” name, as it is the perceived attitude and poor work ethic that could potentially come with it. He’s not so much afraid of “Laquisha,” but rather the “Laquisha” attitude. I get it.

The Dream Team (1989), starring Michael Keaton, Christopher Lloyd, Peter Boyle, and Stephen Furst, is a comedy gem. It hit screens just weeks before Batman, which would shift Keaton's career from comedy actor to dramatic leading man. His timing of “...browse!” is masterful. 🤣

Does she believe trans-age should exist for little league sports? If an adult identifies as an 11 year old should they be able to compete in little league sports? It’s a true embarrassment she’s on the court.
Riley Gaines@Riley_Gaines_

"Cisgender women can compete according to their gender identity; transgender women cannot." - KJB Identities don't play sports. Bodies do. Does she think we should have categories for other identity factors? Religion? Color of skin? Ridiculous.
