@EastMidRailway delay repay compensation is asking for card details. I've got Mastercard. Says won't accept that type of card, and seems to suggest needs to be Visa - which I've not got. So how do I get the compensation?

@KyleLChristie Hi Kyle, yes this is true. This train has been diverted due to a wartime bomb near the railway earlier. There should have been an announcement on board to let you know, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you get off at Chinley then the next service will get you to Dore^KR

@EastMidRailway hiya, I'm on the 16:39 Manchester Ox Road to Dore. National rail app is now showing this train is 'cancelled' for Dore and Sheffield. No announcement. Is this true?

@EastMidRailway morning. The 5:56 London to Sheffield today has disappeared off all timetables. Not marked as cancelled, just not there. Can I get the 05:42 Sheffield - Doncaster then 06:22 Don to KXC, with my existing Advance Single?

Moorland burning is a dangerous, destructive practice. Every year, 260,000 tonnes of CO2 are released from burning on peat in England. It also has incredibly worrying public health impacts. We urgently need to see a ban, our lungs protected and our peatlands restored.

@rhodri our school had a fear that, on the last day of term, Year 11s would try to set off fire alarms. So they had Year 10s taken out of lessons and sit outside every fire alarm in the school to guard them, all day.
