The MultiversX token and smart contract system was built in a way to enhance all kinds of composability between all kinds of systems. The developer needs to do one simple thing: make a token out of the storage of the user's position, nothing else. And keep that storage in the created token or to keep the access to that storage through the token + nonce. If you want an example with NFTs holding the access to the storage of the user it is super simple: - instead of saving the storage in the smart contract with user_address as a key, you just create a NEW NFT which gives you a new NONCE and use that TokenID+Nonce for the KEY for the given storage. That's it. From that moment on, any kind of complicated user storage/position is tokenised and can be used by any other system, any other DeFi module. In order to have efficient markets, tokenising everything is a must. That creates composability and opens up for more innovation. ESDTs were created to handle this with easy.
