Every time I’ve televised a game at Michigan Stadium, we’ve had power problems in the TV compound with the house 3-phase disconnects. This week, (4) of the (10) 200A services were bad.
They simply don’t take care of the power at that stadium.

In the FAA operations plan that went into effect at 2300 UTC, there are 37 separate staffing triggers. Staffing triggers activate when too few controllers are available for that area and require traffic modifications either through reroutes or arrival/departure rate reductions.
