This is literally Bernie’s position. Oct 7 was a horrific atrocity, Hamas committed mass war crimes, Israel was justified in retaliating, but Israel has gone too far and the US should condition/cease aid to try and reign them in. This is *the* reasonable take.

Any country obviously has a right to defend itself (though Israel has very clearly gone way too far) and Kamala absolutely made calls for a permanent end to the violence during her campaign
