I’ve genuinely been a bad father and husband during this sell off. My moods have been terrible, I’ve yelled more than a few times, and it has taken a toll on the family for sure. Losing 60% of net worth in less than 2 months was never in the plans. Looking forward to some sort of relief, whether it’s a market bounce or going to $0.

I’m just stating fitness means nothing when it comes to water and saving someone. Have to know how to swim, most “fit” people would drown and add more work for those lifeguards.

This video is incredible to me for a few reasons.
1. This kid is an absolute hero and deserves to be treated as such.
2. Both at the end of the video, and during, some fat older dudes, who I’m sure all wanted to help, couldn’t because they were so out of shape and scared. And likely knew they’d be swept away, much less save the kid.
