@punprincess321 @litteralyme0 oh that one, for first party games, well it's all about $$$$ (see pokemon fire red).. for 3rd party it's all about licensing which means again $$$$ or those companies plan to sell it separately like konami with castlevania and mgs compilations, capcom with megaman and dmc.

@punprincess321 @litteralyme0 Well about Palworld, Nintendo has always been litigous and "protective" of their IP (even fan games have been victims of this). About the eshop one, i'm not sure what games they refused to be there? there are a lot of indie games (and slops too) that are in there.

@Kylerick8 @litteralyme0 I mean just in terms of standing for their reputation, like suing Palworld, or their refusal to put some games on their eshop, they keep it minor and don't double down, it still hits their image and probably does lose them customers, just not as much as the others
