Putangina @ConvergeSupport. June 2 nag-request ako ng relocation with case# (12537133) then sabi bayaran yung balance kaya naclosed ticket. So I did pay the balance you are asking for. Then comes June 12 with case#(12691203) created ticket via call again tapos niresolved. +

@ConvergeSupport para kayong nakakaloko ka ka-ayos lang ng technician samin nakaraan(july 12 12:26pm)tapos wala pang dalawang araw nawalan na naman ng internet(july 14 11:20am)tapos may pumuntang technician dito ngayon sabi sira raw modem namin(kahit ayos) tapos sisingilin kami ng 3k para maayos
