@ConvergeSupport WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS: Our experience with Converge has been extremely disappointing. Almost 2 months of unresolved internet problems while bills continue to arrive on time. Support keeps redirecting us from one agent to another without fixing the actual issue.

@ConvergeSupport hi converge support we have no internet since saturday 23rd of may until now. A technician who my father contacted said the issue is longer their scope and and said board is busted. So the brgy labuin sta cruz laguna has no internet.
