@bilyonaryo_ph That’s not entirely accurate. I’ve tried Pldt, Globe, and now Converge. I’m getting Idle: 7ms, which is an excellent baseline latency. @ExperienceCNVRG

@ConvergeSupport WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS:
Our experience with Converge has been extremely disappointing. Almost 2 months of unresolved internet problems while bills continue to arrive on time.
Support keeps redirecting us from one agent to another without fixing the actual issue.
