Day 13/75 Workout 1: 45 min run Workout 2: Lower Current weight 236lbs (107kg) Been hovering around the same weight for the last week, will be meal prepping and locking in my diet a lot more. In a really nice routine right now and lifts are slowly improving.

Day 12/75 Workout 1: 45 min Morning walk Workout 2: Swim + Sauna Current weight: 237lbs (107.5kg) Mac Mini secured so I can start experimenting with openclaw.Been talking with lots of friends on the best ways to implement, but pls link any article that you found helpful.
