This season is lost. Reality is that a rebuild is required. Hopefully with someone who can handle the task in charge. And someone who can spot the right talent.

This simply isn’t acceptable for a side that’s spent £400m. Yes, injuries have had an impact but the core of this squad won the league this season.
The drop-off since then? Honestly one of the worst I’ve ever seen from a Premier League side. Frustrating doesn’t even cover it.

Fourteen losses in all competitions for Liverpool (15 if you count Community Shield). Some of them have been a bit flukey but most they've been outplayed. Team looks unfit, unsure what to do on the pitch and can't come up with answers to adversity in games.

Frimpong was doing a great job on Minteh in the 1st Half. What possessed Slot to put Szoboslai at RB against him which led to the second goal. #Liverpool #LFC

@Liverpool_zy That can only be about gakpo. Never seen a player for us, that offer absolutely nothing. Chiesa needs rythmn. We would have played better in the first half, if chiesa was on instead of gakpo. Those two chances that wirtz gifted him, chiesa would have scored.

@DannLFCTR @sambadude Profiles are the problem. The profiles dont match. Have no 1 v1 quality or runners in behind when you bring in a 10 that needs runners in front of him. This is not the team that won the pl last season. RB, 2x STs, lw, lb & 10 are all new. Thats 5/11, 6/11 with mama.

Convinced that this team is more than capable of fighting for the title, but sadly, we are tactically weak.
Glimpses of brilliance here and there, but nothing that you can really attribute to our work behind the scenes or our tactical work.

We conceded twice because Slot didn't instruct the full backs to close out crosses. Van Dijk is also liable, he's the captain and marshall of the defence. When the first goal was conceded, that should have have already need conveyed. #Liverpool #LFC

Struggling for an outball/throughball, too condensed in the middle of the park. Got 4 CM’s, a CAM & Gakpo dropping like you wouldnt believe.

Gakpo is 6 ft 5, our only striker on the pitch and when we have possession in opposition 3rd he's always coming out of the box because he wants to feel the ball, although he never does anything with it.
Know your role. The team needs you in the box getting on the end of things.
