@AriWasserman There’s a legal loophole here. Brendan Sorsby hasn’t bet on his current team. Vacate the wins and stats from Cinci and Indiana, wipe the slate clean for him at Texas Tech. It’s the right thing to do.

I know it’s college football. And I know people are insane when it comes to their favorite teams. But it seems that most TT fans I’ve come across are pretty understanding that gambling on your team is inexcusable.

@AriWasserman Any judge that grants this kid an injunction should be disbarred. I understand they have to live in Lubbock & that could be dicey, but FFS. This shouldn't even be heard in court. Sorsby has zero case--& any lawyer willing to argue his case is a slimeball.
