I decided to take a look at this investigation myself after noticing a few blunders out of the corner of my eye, and I have a lot to say about it. Back when I did predator hunting, I never did it alone. Even when going after one person, the information being collected and procedures being operated yield tons of individual screenshots, links, pictures, etc. which can end up getting disorganized quickly. Even experienced hunters I collaborated with never did this all alone. The procedures were also done slowly and cautiously. Real predators deserve real consequences, and we had to be assured their removal from the internet was guaranteed. I can’t find anyone collaborating with this project. It seems to be a one-man project on several alleged predators, and of course you usually want those numbers flipped to be several people working on one predator. As for proper procedures, none have been followed. The group chat information has been leaked without any identities collected or means to keep track of the individuals. I’m not even sure any real evidence has been collected. Whichever people are guilty it seems are deactivating their accounts and escaping accountability completely, which ruins the purpose of pred exposés and catches. A contemporaneous investigation is now fundamentally impossible. Another way this has been rushed is judgements on individual chat members. People are being deemed innocent of guilty without judging all available evidence, and it’s leading to innocent people being deemed guilty (based on inactivity alone mind you) and guilty people being deemed innocent (what could go wrong?). This is a complete mess, no one should be labeled anything and as of now none of this situation is ready to be public. When it comes to predators, there isn’t room for mistakes, you can’t just change things as you go along. I sincerely hope you’ve just exposed locker room talk as lolicons are claiming, otherwise you are letting child predators walk free.
