Currently sitting at @Labcorp and I can’t believe how this business runs. It’s short staffed. Employees are fairly rude, but sitting here I can tell they deal with idiocy all day. The check in machine is easy for some, but elderly have issues. So do people who don’t speak English as a first language. There is not a receptionist to answer questions. It’s come in and hope you know what to do. Have a seat and hope you didn’t mess up. They used to have a TV that showed if you were on a waiting list, or where you are in the queue. Nothing now. Just hope you’re in there and that eventually you are called by someone to give them your paperwork. I finally was called after 50 minutes only to be told that I ‘now have an appointment at 12:30’. I need to come back. I got here at 10am. All of this is fine. For me. But today I don’t have a heavy schedule. For anyone else who doesn’t have the freedom, this is highly stressing and I get it. Labcorp needs to figure this out. It’s getting worse every time I come in. Progressively. You make money. Plenty of money. It’s healthcare. Hire. Service your customers. I am forced to come here because this is where I am told to go, and these arrangements with you business make you feel like you’re the king of the hill. Someone will come along and do better, and you’ll sit and wonder where your market share went. I hope it gets better on my next visit. I’ve gone here at least once a year for the last 10 years. Same location. I’ll let you know.

@Labcorp had an appointment for lab work at 7:45 am. I was a few minutes late. I sat for over 20 minutes while they took people who arrived after me. I left. I couldn’t even talk to anyone. 2535 William Penn Hwy, Easton, PA 18045

Is Labcorp preying on the elderly? How do you keep sending an elderly patient a bill that was paid back in October? A front and back copy of the check was mailed and confirmed received back in January, and the balance remains on the account. @Labcorp @Labcorp

The @Labcorp facility in Muskogee, Oklahoma is hands down the most unfriendly, sterile, don't talk to us, use the computer, sit down, be quiet and wait on US facility I've been to. Not geared to customers.
