I received an odd text from #spectrum. It said I would lose phone service from 12 midnight to 12 noon - then if I needed to goout & get an extra phone WTF so immediately I called and Shawn or John was horrific. I was upset about not having phone service for 12 hrs @Ask_Spectrum

I received a new #barclays card valid for only six weeks. I go to activate it anyway and I’m frozen out of my account after four phone calls and 40 minutes. I’m told that I entered the wrong card Cvc but it’s the same cvc. They sent me a card that they knew would freeze my

@FabFitFun OK they canceled the product I’m allergic to & then without my permission or knowledge sent me a note that they were replacing it with another product I’m equally allergic to. I did not ask for this replacement. I did not authorize it. How many others are they doing 2?
