Yesterday we ordered five pizzas on the @JustEatUK app Three arrived without any of the additional toppings we selected on the Just Eat app When I called the Pizza Express manager he said they made their order according to what they received fro Just Eat, pointed out this isn't the first time this has happened and politely asked that I complain to Just Eat So I complained to Just Eat, and this is their reply "On this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation based on all the information we have" The problem was not just the missing toppings but that three young kids ended up with three pizzas which they didn't order - and anyone who has kids or babysits kids, know that that is not an easy thing to manage So my advice to anyone planning to order when using Just Eat is to think twice My experience is that about half the time they get the order right, the other half of the time something is wrong, incorrect or even missing Perhap's Just Eat's new strapline should be: Just Eat a little less than you ordered and paid for?
