We have seen this before. Russian Soldiers who run backwards are sometimes tortured by their own or even killed. Russian Drones prioritize killing surrendering Russians over even Ukranians. @beautyilt @WarRoomArchives Definitely no. There is no rule, that an enemy soldier without a gun, capable of fighting, is excluded from being killed legally. He doesn't show signs of surrender anyway.

@beautyilt @WarRoomArchives No, combatants do not need to have a weapon at any given moment to be considered in action. In this case, the Drone Operator appears to be trying to coax the man into surrendering. This never happens. There are some hints in the news as to why that might be.
