@LARPerSquid @MrLeadslinger I was looking into it as well but be careful. I have people over there saying that some of them are scams. The ones for free require you to enter into a contract that requires you to pay for maintenance. Make sure to get a proper inspection.

The Japanese exchange got me looking into Japan and it’s cool to see they still have rural villages like Shirakawa-go and Gokayama that maintain traditional architecture. Would be a cool place to see in person.

With so many people here interested in sake, I’m starting to think seriously: maybe I should come to America. I could do sake tastings, talks, and workshops on Japanese fermentation culture, tradition, history, warm sake, food pairing, and traditional wooden tubs etc.
