@law_marshall No I mean hop had 2 yards per game more than bate. Neither of them produced. 106 more yards with 4 more games played is nothing. Hey Tez had more TDs than both of them, guess he out produced them. Say hello to your new #2.

@LBHTShow Tbh idc what we CALL him. Neither had great yrs we know that. One had a better yr than our "#2" and thems the facts. You arguing title makes Bate #2, fine, I'm arguing production made him #3 last season & thats not debatable. Btw you mean 2 rec/gm not yrds...Bate had 1.5rec/gm🤷

@LBHTShow To clarify bc its tuff doing it in real time in chat...Just like we say X player aint Y but he's OUR Y. i.e. Zay/Lindy. Same goes for DHop. You can add the 18ypg to Bate's 4 missed games & he STILL would have less yrds than DHop. Do targets make you #2 WR or production?

@LBHTShow Yea more snaps and less yards. we WANTED Bate to be our #2, he was SUPPOSED to be our #2, he was TARGETTED as our #2.... but was he irl? No, PRODUCTION says otherwise which is my point. Intent and results are different things. But I made my case, if you dont agree thats fine

@law_marshall DHop was not a starter and didn't play anywhere near as many snaps as Bateman despite Bateman missing 4 games. Who was on the field in 2 WR sets? We all know Bateman wasn't good last year...that doesn't make Hopkins the #2.

All i was saying is according to STRICTLY last yrs production DHop was our #2 WR despite targets. SHOULD Bateman have been? OF COURSE.. but he wasn't, DHop was OUR #2 WR and OUR 2nd best WR. So I'm with Jose in keeping him but getting a better WR room still

@LBHTShow This wont be nearly as long as my comment... but TDs alone can't be your end all be all when 1 player is literally top of the NFL in rdzone targets every yr & the other gets a fraction of those targets. You say DHop has had 100+ targets but you left out RDZONE targets
