I said a few weeks back plenty of people could consume a whole pizza and two double chocolate chunk cookies from Costco (5,760 calories total) People in the replies were in disbelief Many suggesting it isn’t something that happens regularly or can even be done Having helped hundreds of people with their diet/nutrition over the last 8 years, I can assure you: There are plenty of Men that CAN and DO put back 4000, 5000, 6000+ calories of hyper-palatable foods in a single day if not a single sitting REGULARLY

Another poor drop from Pokemon Center again in my opinion, stock levels just arn't good enough for the demand of the hobby right now. Id much prefer if we didn't see a queue for awhile and then just drop alot of stock which would give more people a chance of securing. Joining a queue and it sells out that quick is just pointless. #PokemonCenter

@gymmaxxfit Bro can I give you one piece of advice? find a local farm that sells free range properly fresh eggs, it’s a game changer. I eat 6 a day and the difference in taste between store bought and farm fresh is a million miles, plus I imagine they are just more nutritious.

It’s hard to be fat when you plan out your whole weeks food and gym sessions in advance. Potatoes and meat cooked ✅ Eggs hard boiled ✅ Ninja Creami pots made ✅ Greek yoghurt stocked ✅
