Today, Lucid announced a significant expansion of its partnership with @Uber, alongside an additional investment from Ayar Third Investment Company, an affiliate of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and a public offering. Uber will increase its commitment to at least 35,000 Lucid vehicles for its future global robotaxi service, including our future Lucid Midsize vehicles and the award-winning Lucid Gravity. Additionally, the company is expected to raise more than $1 billion to support our next phase of growth through a new investment of $550 million from the PIF, $300 million through a public offering, and an additional investment of $200 million from Uber. Together, these investments enhance Lucid’s capital position as the company advances its best-in-class software-defined vehicles and diversified enterprise platform strategy.
