@koremasa21022 @Opendoor I didn’t get this far in my process … very interested to see how it goes from here … That’s usually where deals fall apart if inspection finds something unexpected.

Just had the property inspection for our property under contract with @Opendoor and it went smoothly. As an out of state investor, they made it super easy by simply accessing the lockbox we already had in place. Didn’t have to send anyone out there to be present. Will hopefully have the inspection results back in about 4-5 days. Closing is scheduled for June 4th. $OPEN

@ShaneLindblom @LucidMotors I had Tesla which got blue screen of death while driving several times. My gravity also has some issues but mostly enjoyable. One person having issues doesn’t define the company. Just because I had issue with Tesla doesn’t mean Tesla company is bad. My son Tesla no issues
