Irata, a company owned by current Atari CEO Wade Rosen, has also made a tender offer of 0.19 EUR for Atari's shares. The board approved this offer. Atari is currently trading at 0.15 EUR.

Saw a report that Atari had suspended VCS production, so I'm looking into Atari's recent half-year financials. Atari says the half-year period was primarily spent on establishing blockchain...which isn't a good sign to me.
