Spring is creeping in, but that’s no excuse to take your foot off the gas. Don’t blame student behavior, the weather, or the calendar—strong leadership and consistent expectations don’t take seasons off. Keep the standard high, stay locked in, and finish strong!

If you do this as a leader, you make a big mistake: Treat all employees the same way. What works for senior team members might frustrate the younger ones. What motivates the Millennials can make the Boomers uneasy.
