We demonstrate our method on biological samples with a range of RIs, including a whole fly brain 🧠 (imaged in < 3 min⚡) and > 1 cm long mouse bone 🐭🦴 (🧵 5/6).

We also observed maintained electrical coupling in immobilized cells, without mechanotransduction, however further work is necessary to characterize the coupling mechanism. Video: Orthoslices through adult-CM on iPSC-CM with synchronized spontaneous Ca transients (5/6).
