Major problems with @HealthNethome to arrange my son’s injections to be delivered. Prescription sent 26/11/21 - still no re-order email. Multiple hours on hold & discussing with staff. On hold for 1 hour this evening, got to 3rd in queue then you close. Injection is due 24/12/21
