Great study. Granular HRQoL data 6 mo post-SBRT are rare. Confirms v low rates of grade 3+ SBRT toxicity (3%). SBRT for oligoprogression largely HRQoL-neutral when disease controlled. QOL declines appear driven by early progression & systemic escalation, not RT tox. @OncoAlert
