Trump–Xi Meeting: Europe Is Reduced to a Cameo Role Two days in China were enough, and from Europe's perspective, the fog is slowly lifting: The American security strategy is becoming reality—the United States, China, and increasingly Russia are coordinating their activities on key policy fields. The fact that major companies like Nvidia can now deliver chips worth $50 billion to selected Chinese firms shows that reports in the European press claiming the US economy is lagging technologically were mere rumors. It is equally propaganda hammering into people's heads that Donald Trump has no strategy and is stumbling through history. That is not the case. China commits to buying oil and gas from Alaska going forward; the Iran chokepoint of our time—Hormus—loses geopolitical significance so quickly that Lloyd's in London cannot push risk premiums down fast enough to salvage what can still be salvaged. Even maritime insurance business is increasingly reorienting toward the United States. The great parasite in this game—the European Union—no longer plays any role. Its geopolitical loss in this grand game of forces is the consequence of being massively dependent on energy imports (60% must be imported) while simultaneously having the arrogance to take on both Russia and the United States, and maltreating its own population with political madness such as the green transformation's disaster policy. This will not end well for Europe. Incidentally: the US dollar remains the absolute king worldwide because of all this. A victory for Trump—but also for China. P.S. For German observers of geopolitics who still dutifully live in the eco-socialist bubble: Keep reading the European state press diligently—the one that has hammered into your heads that the Orange Man is a confused nutcase. That's what you're supposed to think. So that in the end you're happy with the bullshit they cook up for you in Brussels—the same shitpot you'll all be spooning from. #China #Trump #USA #Xi #EU
