Year 6 pupils stepped into the world of journalism through a six-week programme, learning how to spot fake news, verify information and explore roles including reporters, editors and producers 📰 The programme finished with pupils creating and presenting their own news broadcasts, building confidence, communication skills and teamwork along the way 🎥👏 #PLPrimaryStars @PLCommunities

Delighted to collaborate with Levy for the fifth time to offer young people hospitality training ☕✨ The latest five day course included barista training and mock interviews which led to 12 participants receiving a job offer to begin work with Levy 👏

Brilliant turnout for both of our women’s and men’s open football sessions at Volair Kirkby last week, some fantastic performances in two really competitive games ⚽😊
