GM. Just put a coat of retouch varnish to this piece after making some changes. It's difficult for me to see sometimes when a piece is "finished". I think I'm done lol. "City Lights" 16x12 Oil on Belgian linen.

Today's Rare Pepe Lore Lesson™️ is Series 11, Card 14 - PEPELYNMASON. The creator of the card is unknown. This is a 1/169 (nice) Card with none for sale as of the time of this writing. The last sale occurred on 27 April 2025 for $139 USD. 93 wallets hold a copy of the card and the largest controls 12.43% of the total supply (21/169). The image used for the card is a photograph of the American rock band Marilyn Manson. It was taken by British fashion, portrait and music photographer Perou in 2003. It was a promotional photo for The Golden Age of Grotesque album. The same wardrobe can be seen in the music video for the song mOBSCENE. The wardrobe for the photo as well as the stage costumes for the Grotesk Burlesk Tour was designed by fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier. The artist changed three of the four band mates faces from white to green and replaced Manson's head with Pepe's. Also included is a photograph of a white rabbit with a blue eye. My guess is because Manson often sported one blue contact lens (and black eye makeup). The card was only given a strength of +25 for singing but a full +100 for ribs. The attack also mentions ribs, "when this card is over the board, a rib is taken from you." This is a reference to an urban legend that dates back to the early 90's that Marilyn Manson had one or more of his lower ribs surgically removed so he could perform oral s*x on himself (autofellatio).
